I'd be happy to comply with your request.  My psychiatric disability
consist of Adult Attention Defecit (spelling?) Disfunction or AADD for 
short.  I have medication (taken daily) for the problem, which started 
back in 1978.  The medication is called Cylert 37.5 MG. (generic: 
Pemoline). The medication is very similar to Retilin (spelling?). It's 
been prescribed by my psychiatrist from that date 1978 to the present.  
The medication is not covered by any form of Insurance  (namely Medicare 
- whic is all I have), thus I do not burden the tax payers with the cost 
of the medication - which is around $48.00 per month, taken once per 
day.  I pay for it myself.

Should anybody care to know more about AADD, research it for yourself.
Additionally, should anybody care to know anything more about me - in 
any manner, please feel free to email me or give me a voice call (415)
468-1609.  Unlike other paranoid people (as I'm not paranoid) I really 
have no fears, problems or concern with furnishing my voice tel. number 
to the world via the Internet.
