Hang on mate... :)
I thought this card is the RF modulator! According to the manual, this
"encoder" allows hookup to a TV set!

The manual literally mentions that an Apple with the "Eurapple" modification
(to which this board has obviously been subjected to) will allow the thing
to be connected to a "standard closed-circuit black and white or COLOR
monitor".

Does that mean that the original plus (without eurapple modification)
produces an NTSC color output, but the europlus (with mod) requires an
additional card for PAL color output! WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! (At least back
then!)
