That turns out not to be the case, Dave.  Go read the online license in 
A2 Genie's library.  It specifically forbids using Apple operating 
software on non-Apple platforms.  Your're not even permitted to download 
it to a non-Apple platform.  It's not clear to me how that would affect 
Mac-based emulators, but it definitely sinks non-Apple Corp. ones.
