Have you tried booting ProDOS 2.0.3, going to the BASIC prompt and
typing in something like ...
DELETE /Harddisk partition name /SYSTEM /DESK ACCS /BOOTIME.NDA (or
whatever BOOTIME is called)?
Something else-- before trying the above or other approaches, you want
to be sure to load in enough of a system to supply drivers for your hard
disk interface.
