Memory Chips

I have an Applied Engineering GS-RAM Ultra card with 2-meg on it, and I
want to fill out the board.
    I know it uses 256k X 4 dram chips (2 chips = 256k), and I believe it
to be CAS before RAS and can be 150nsec (or less). My problem is I've
called a few places and since
these chips are fairly old models (models follow), and run at 150 nsec,
it is speculated that newer chips (about 70nsec) may cause problems or
just not work because they may be too fast.
Can anybody tell me whether faster chips will cause problems, what my
limit would be for the speed, or where I can get chips to accomplish my
goal in general? I know there must be others who've come across this
problem.

AE Recommended RAM Ultra chips:
NEC: D424256C-15
Sharp: LH64258,15
Toshiba: TC514256P-15
Mitsubishi: M5M44256-15
Texas Instr.: TM544C256-15N
