System 7.5 PC Exchange

I haven't gotten around to trying it, but the System 7.5 readme
has this vague note:

 > In addition, PC Exchange will only recognize ProDOS-format partitions on SCSI
 > hard disks that are less than 32 megabytes.
 
 Is that paritions less than 32 MB (makes sense, should be less than
 or equal), or hard drives less than 32 MB?
 It is strange. I would think they'd work with ProDOS partitions on any
 size drive and of course the partitions are no bigger than 32 MB. Since
 none exists bigger, it wouldn't really be worth mentioning that non-existant
 partitions don't work.
