I responded earlier to try using rSounder, I now take that back.  The old
version did not require the Sound CDEV, but could not load rSounds; the
new one is the reverse.  Maybe later I'll add the option to save as a raw
file and to use the sound toolset if the Finder is not active, but I'm
also waiting for ORCA C/2.0 before any more real work is done.  Is there
much demand for this?
