NuLib where?

I tried retrieving the NuLib 3.2.3 sources from Plains.NoDak.Edu (via
FTPMail) and found that tar choked about halfway through - thus the file
seems to be corrupted. I also retrieved SHRView v3.6b from the incoming
directory, and it was also corrupted (ShrinkIt choked). Is this a problem
with Plains, or did some incorrigible mailer between North Dakota and
Cleveland mess things up for me? I've gotten things from Plains before 
without trouble...

Assuming that the file on Plains is corrupt, where is the latest version
of NuLib? I looked on avalanche and headcrash and didn't see anything newer
than 3.1.3. And is SHRView 3.6 anywhere else?

What is the the newest NuLib revision for that matter?
