Okay, I'll have a look-see at LocalTalk and see if that's a possibility

What kind of cable would I need?  I have an ImageWriter II printer and
cable - I'm sure I read somewhere you can use that cable for connecting
between two systems - not sure off hand which two they were though ...

I *think* I'd need to unfork the file on the Mac first, as everything I
transfer to the IIGS has this problem ...

Mind you, I have a bunch of software and Copy II Plus was mentioned, so
maybe that's an option.
