Well, for most 5.25" drives the access must be at 1 MHz. I can't recall what the situation is with the 3.5" UniDisk, it's been so long since I hooked one up to an accelerated machine. If you have a Superdrive card you can access it at any speed. With a UDC card you can access a regular 3.5" drive at any speed. I don't recall what the situation is with a UDC card and a 5.25" drive.
