I know that if you have the legal right to redistribute material that there is a local ma-pa print shop near trying not to die under the weight of kinkos staples, office max, and office depot that would be more than happy to run a few copies off for less than spending hours printing it off an office jet and manually punching it.

I used to run 200 page manuals from a local guy, cost like 10 bucks a pop with a plastic binder and a clear plastic coverpage. But then again if you have no interest in a biz outside of taking money, your not going to put effort into driving down the road right?
