I too purchased a Top853 in the last week. I''ve got some high speed GALS and an EPROM heading my way courtesy of eBay. I can provide links tonight when I get home if you like?

I used the Transwarp upgrade guide on Reactive Micro's site, plus their images of the parts they offered for sale to work out what I needed. They also have all the GAL and EPROM data for download.

I still need to source a 32Kb cache board for my Transwarp though....
