Re: Older Powerbook capable of writing 800K IIgs compatible floppies?
Got curious so I pulled my Wallstreet out of the closet, then found and installed the floppy drive module. After booting, I inserted an 800k ProDOS floppy and it mounted on the desktop. So I ejected it and got out a new 800k floppy and formatted it ProDOS. I can read and write to the ProDOS floppy. The Wallstreet was running 9.2.2.
Running 10.4 it doesn't see any disk in the floppy drive.
