OK, the fact that you set slot seven to AppleTalk indicates you have a ROM
3. My ROM 3 also boots fine off the network, the problem is in getting a ROM
1 to do so.  Since ROM 1's are far more common than ROM 3's, it would be
nice to get it to work with the ROM 1's.
