The IIgs can use Mac TrueType fonts using a CDEV called Pointless.  It
was written by West Code and is currently being sold by Shareware
Solutions II.  Check out:

I believe there is a program called FontPimp that can convert Windows
TrueType fonts to Mac TrueType fonts for use with Pointless.  My
memory isn't cooperating with me right now.  :)

Also, the IIgs does not support Adobe TypeManager.
