Regarding SAM and Server Settings...

If you're using your online.no address to both send and receive e-mail,
then it's pretty simple. 

For maildrop, just enter online.no

For POP3 and SMTP Mail Servers, use mail.online.no

Most ISPs name their mail servers as above, but I have no idea if yours
does. So, if you enter mail.online.no, and SAM still doesn't work, you'll
have to ask your ISP what the mail servers' names are.

The other info, such as name and return e-mail address, should be obvious.

It's important to stress however that your first order of business is
to get connected via Marinetti. In fact, you won't be able to send or
receive e-mail with SAM, obviously, until you're online. 

As far as International Characters, I'll have to ask, as I've never used
anything other than the options for USA and English, and know absolutely
nothing about displaying or using other character sets.
