But did he take the time to make sure Howard did have the proper
permissions before making BeagleWriteGS available for download?  From
his post it sounds like he just ASSUMED this fact from some posts on
Delphi.

By the way, Turley also took it upon himself to also make BeagleDraw
available as well and I don't remember hearing anywhere that it has
been reclassified.

There is a proper way to handle stuff like this and I hate to see
users being confused when things aren't handled properly.
