But what do you call the new patch file? It would ideally be TS2, but
that name is already taken (for ROM 1). Probably something like TS2A,
with a modified TOOL.SETUP file.
Again, there is the potential problem of software which looks for
features by doing a check like "ROM version > 1", which would
incorrectly identify a patched ROM 1 as if it was a ROM 3, despite the
machine having no new features.
