Never mind! I just renamed GEOS.SYSTEM to GEOS.SYSTEME and it worked out
perfectly.

When renaming it to AGEOS.SYSTEM didn't work, I then remembered that
ProDOS searches for the .SYSTEM file that is the first one on the physical
disk. The order on my disk was the old BASIC.SYSTEM, then GEOS.SYSTEM,
then the new patched BASIC.SYSTEM. The old one was already renamed to
UNFIXD.BASIC, so it skipped that and found GEOS.SYSTEM before it found the
newer BASIC.SYSTEM.
