tried a few. The one that was HFS, no partioneds, showed up as such, but
first I ogt a few random "unrecognizable" msgs so I formatted those which
tired out to be for 64k on it. Almost like a Mac format doesn't get the
*whole* volume & then the GS wants to make sense of the unformatted
k.....

RAM-Gs 4 meg.
Also pulled the card. Almost the same result, except when trying to copy
onto the zipdrive, insted of "disk damaged" messaged, I first got "please
insert disk" msgs like it unmounted somehow....

tried both enabled and disabled........

ah, at least 800k limit is not unheard of!
