That would be done by a standard green LED.  My experience with leds is 
that they dont normally burn out as incandescent lamps do.  They burn out 
from overpowering and reverse hookups.  Also there is always (almost 
always) a resistor in series with LEDs and they sometimes burn up.
Also check for loose or broken solder joints on the keyboard as the k/b 
is gonna take 95% of the abuse the computer gets.

This is prolly a Radio Shack Item, but if not any reputable electronics 
supply house will have it.

Specs...Green LED forward voltage--2.0V forward current 20Ma.

There is by the way, a right and wrong way to install them.
Around the circumference of the LED there will be a flat spot
that corresponds to one of the leads.  Make sure you install the new one 
with the flat spot in the same position.
