Thank you Willie for contacting the copyright holder of the Beagle Bros
Oldies Collection and for clarifying the updated status.
As I'm sure others can see, that wasn't too difficult to contact the
owner of the copyright and ask him directly about the status. Now, there
is no more confusion about the status of the software.
Mark Simonson, as copyright holder, was the only person who could give
the definitive answer about copyright status, and he did.
