If a chip is missing, it's most likely an integer set. There is no D0 or D8
for integer. You can add programmer's aid #1 to D0 and the inspector/watson
chip to D8. Never seen that one but both my integer ][s have D0.

A thing worth mentioning is if there is no connection on the solder pad
labeled F8, you get the F8 ROM on the logic board, regardless of the switch
setting. I connected it on my card since I either want Applesoft or integer,
not mix and match.
