I wasn't aware of any such option.

Unless it was released after the IIgs (late 1986), I would still expect it
to be digital RGB.  Almost all RGB monitors for the Apple ///, Apple //e
and Apple //c are digital RGB.  As far as I know, the only analog RGB
options are with a Second Sight Card (IIgs or VGA monitor) or a Video
Overlay Card (IIgs monitor).

The Apple /// was the first Apple computer to support RGB (unless there
was a third-party card for the ][+ which supports RGB), and it only
supports digital RGB.  Its video port pinout is the basis for the IIgs and
Mac video ports, but they are not fully compatible.

I would expect the adaptor to simply provide the correct pinout for
Apple's digital RGB monitor.
