Stupid Questions 101

Gee, can we tell that someone just got a new harddrive for their GS? I 
picked up what I thought was a used Fujitsu 40 megger at a show until 
my Ramfast partitioned it out as _12_ 32meg partitions...turns out the 40 
megger was really a 400 megger. Not bad for $30! I had an old NEC SCSI 
CD-ROM enclosure to put it in and it's purring along. It's truly wonderful to 
have something (especially used equipment) work the first time.

Of course, a few stupid questions have popped up now that I can actually 
have room to download stuff, etc....trying to run GSOS off a single 3.5 
drive is truly a sadistic thing to do to oneself, I am liking my GS 
much more now that I do not have to swap 56 disks just to run Lode 
Runner. :)

Dumb question #1: Is it possible to change the icons on your desktop, 
like the ones for the harddrive partitions? I don't really like the 
default ones too much.

Dumb question #2: Is there a better comm program than Proterm for 
internetting, maybe something that lets you choose different colors and 
fonts while still supporting ZMODEM transfers and VT-100 emulation?

Dumb question #3: Is there a good shareware app for viewing both JPEG's 
and GIF's?

Dumb question #4: Is there an app that will let you UUDECODE messages off 
the net?
