The 250 directory has some old files, recommend you use the 500 directory 
instead :

It has the latest versions of these 3 files:

vga_video.v 13-Dec-2009
mem_z80.v 05-Oct-2009
cb1.v 01-Oct-2009

Release versions of the JAT bit files are based on the code in the 250 
directory.
These 3 files have all been modified subsequently.

The files in the 500 directory are identical to the sourceforge page above.
The sourceforge page will also allow you to browse the changes made from
the original version files.

mem_z80.v, cb1.v contain changes made by Alex.
vga_video.v has a (trivial) fix by yours truly to correct the graphic bugs
seen in various modes.
