	I think that I found the problem, as I enter in a previous
	note. I'm living not far from an Eletric-Line. My IIgs is
	installed at the first floor of our house, and is oriented
	to this Line.

	When I bring down the computer, the flickering screen seems 
	to disappear.

	For Info the TWGS is very closed to the SS as 

		SS -> Slot 3
		TWGS -> Slot 4

	For the test without the TWGS, I will do it and let you know.
