correct; i am not. my hard drive is not of the removable type, and my
scsi card is a ramfast. i do not know if this card would correct the
problem you mention if i did have a removable scsi device. i wonder.
but while i am disappointed to find that kangaroo's applicability to
the manager/6.01 problem is more limited than i was aware, there must be
many users without the setup you describe who would be greatly relieved
to regain that lost speed in file dialogue boxes. kangaroo can hop
freely and fast where previously there was quicksand. --robb booker
