So, let me get this straight...there is a BIG loop hole in the system
where it allows a user to join with just a bank check card??   I
wonder if this is true for one of those Visa Vanilla cards which are
basically "gift cards".

Ebay I guess does whats in their best interest...they make more money
with each and every item listed---and the higher it goes in price, the
more money they make.

I remember ebay turning a blind eye to the clone mp3 players that were
falsely being advertized as 4gigs....when it really had I think
256megs.  They let that crap go on for a long time.
