I wrote a homemade program that could delete extended files, but there was
a small problem I never quite got worked out. The blocks used count on the
volume would be off by one block, making it necessary to run Prosel's Mr Fixit
on the volume afterwords. I could hunt down the assembly source and assemble
it if anyone wants.

Basically it worked by copying the data fork's mini file entry into the file
entry, doing a delete, resurrecting the file entry, copying the resource fork's
mini entry into the file entry, doing delete, then making a fake seedling
entry and doing delete a third time to delete the extended key block. But this
is csa2.programmer type stuff here.

Of course, the easy way is to nuke the volume directory and start over with
an empty volume.
