Video Digitizing

I want to digitize some color video stills on my IIgs and get them into a
format which can be ported to other systems, such as GIF, PCX, TIFF, or JPEG.
I have an AST Vision Plus video digitizer and a beta version of Allison,
which can digitize to 3200 mode graphics.  Is there a utility around which
can convert a 3200 mode graphic to a GIF or something?  Thanks!
