New FAQ's (was Re: New comp.sys.apple2 groups!)

A combined "Apple II Everything FAQ" (hey, cool name! ;-)) will
quickly get out of hand, IMHO. For example, I would like to see Larry
Virden's "Apple II Programmer's Catalog" incorporated (perhaps in
abbreviated form) into the csa2.programmer FAQ. The csa2.ug FAQ will
contain a database of all Apple II user groups in the world. Doug
Granzow already has a FAQ for csa2.comm. The csa2.marketplace FAQ might
contain addresses of mail-order/second-hand product companies and
listings of the going rate for used hardware. You can see how that can
easily balloon into a 10000-line posting. However, I *would* like to
see references at the beginning of each FAQ to the other four articles.
A short description of the newsgroups, the address of each maintainer,
where to find FAQ archives, etc. Of course, there's no reason why each
FAQ can't be cross-posted to its home group, comp.sys.apple2 and
news.answers at the same time.
