Ack! Dead GS XTAL and motherboard

I am having a dilemma... My GS has been acting up for the past
few months, and finally it went totally bananas. I traced the
problem to the motherboard, at the oscillator labelled "28.636360MHz"

Unfortunately, while trying to unsolder and remove it, I pulled out
two of the four pins on this thing. I realize that it is probably
the RGB signal osc., but it also seems to have affected the disk
drives (since they won`t boot now) and everything in general.

The part itself is labelled:

SARONIX 87
XTAL OSC 14
28.63636MHz
   197-0518

So, what have I done to my GS?
Where can I find a replacement crystal?
How much is it going to cost?

[Please respond via E-mail, for now, and I will try to summarize to
the net later. Currently I am on a 300bd IBM XT (blech!) and I can't
flip through all the messages easily.]
