I seem to recall building it with VS 2005 at one point.  I stuck with
building it from VS 6 because they changed the C++ runtime packaging and
I didn't want to have to pack-in the additional shared object for Win98
installs.  Unfortunately that's part of what I lost when the drive head
assembly decided to go on tour.

Anybody wanting to mess with the CP/M code can do so with a basic Linux
setup.  I never got around to making the "reformat" stuff fully portable
though, e.g. I think some of it still uses the MFC CString stuff.  With
some portability work and a simple front-end it'd be possible to work on
that stuff without needing a Windows dev setup.
