I checked out your cable selection, and I think you are correct in
your choices. The males and females seem to marry up OK:
PC/Mac -->
USB adapter ends in M -->
DB9 (F) to DB25 ends in F -->
Null Modem goes from M to F -->
DB25 (M) goes to mini din 8
Apple IIgs <--
Looks good to me!
