It can be a little daunting when using a system you are not familiar
with. Don't worry, we won't laugh (much).  ;-)

If you plan on using ADTPro (and I can certainly recommend that you
do), you should have a read of the ADTPro Project Page. It is loaded
with detailed instructions for getting started with ADTPro. In
particular, check out the installation and bootstrapping pages. You
will not need a telecom program to get going.

The ADTPro Project page can be found here:

Once you get ADTPro communicating with your PC/Mac, you will be able
to transfer any disk images you find on the net, onto real disks on
your IIgs. This includes 5.25" disk images (140K) and 3.5" disk images
(800K).
