I'm afraid not. I don't think they were very common either. I just
mentioned it for completionists' sake.

If the "motherboard only" Apples had nothing to distinguish them from
the motherboards in packaged Apples I imagine provable "motherboard
only" Apples would be quite rare indeed.

I'm glad I'm more of a hoarder than a collector.  ;)
