For that add-on you want The DOS (3.3) Manual, the ProDOS Technical
Reference Manual, or (more BASIC-oriented and less thorough) the ProDOS
User's Manual.

There are also numerous quick reference guides on the web--starting
with the CSA2 FAQ (Google is your friend).
