A few minor ones. Removal of cassette LOAD & SAVE, addition of
lowercase support, undocumented double LORES mode support (with bug in
SCRN() function)

A2L0018 (1979/80/81) - The Applesoft Tutorial (color picture on cover
featuring 2x Apple ][, 4x people, hand controllers etc)

1 and 2 (for //e only)
