There's a good number of RamWorks users out there with Colorlink cards.
(GS pin compatible Analog outputs)

Rom 01's have a VGC but it's socketed.  It would be tough (but not
impossible) to have a cost effective internal implementation that works
on both.  The problem's scope is that there are approximately 3x as
many ROM 01 machines out there as ROM 03's.
