It is certainly an interesting historical artifact.

Another interesting "error" is that /RAM is given as Slot 0 Drive 2
(but in the system global page listing, the comment puts it in slot 0
drive 1) rather than the correct slot 3 drive 2.

I actually experimented with using the DEVADR02 ($BF20) vector and
found that it could be used allowing me to have 15 volumes online at
the same time (good thing the 14 byte DEVLST array was followed by just
a copyright message).
