The source of applewin is now open, so it can be possible to add text
talker support for text display modes.  That would actually be really
easy, since the text characters are easily read straight from memory.

Seems it would be easier to modify the emulator to support a modern
windows-based talker than it would to add full speech chip support.
However, I know that AppleWin supports a very basic set of the SSI
speech chip used on the mockingboard already, so full mockingboard-c
support might not be far off.

I have a mockingboard-c in my //e at home, and would be more than happy
to sample recordings of the different phonemes and such if it would be
of any use to anyone working on SSI speech chip emulation
