It's great that Syndicomm has provided a way to market so many Apple II
and IIgs products. Sorry to hear they are not making more money.
Checked some of their prices. Evidently, Syndicomm is mostly stuck with
the prices of their manufacturers. Many are way out of bounds.
At some point, whether or not an item cost a lot to develop and package
ceases to be a factor. When you have piles of stuff that isn't moving, you
probably need to cut prices-- which, for Syndicomm, may mean emailing your
original supplier and saying "HappySoft is dead at $40. We gotta cut the
price."
Ten sales at $19.95 beats the heck out of no sales at $40. You and the
original supplier have some cash coming in. If an item includes a manual and
you're fixing to sell out, scan the manual and make it available on-line. Then,
you can copy and sell the disk(s) forever-- more sales and, probably, a bigger
profit.
