Re: Poll about Mockingboard h/w clone

It's a surprise that an Apple II business still exists to this day. :D I am curious, with the advent of the Internet and so many free forums around, how has that affected the non Apple II side of the Syndicomm business?

I'm surprised that Sheppy has kept it going for so long. I'm not sure how many active users there are but as I haven't seen any Syndicomm coasters in my mail lately, I assume there isn't a super big budget for marketing. :D

This may be stretching things a bit. Last time I spoke to Sheppy,
Syndicomm barely breaks even. If it wasn't for his love of the Apple
II, he would have shut it down a long time ago. I personally applaud
his efforts to keeping Apple II products available. If not for him
items like the Byteworks products, Softdisk products, Juiced.GS, GS+
backissues, plus may other items would have disappeared from the market
place. Also the BBS, chat system and file library makes it all a load
of fun too. :)
