At the risk of becoming involved in something that I am not willing to
participate in, no offense is meant to either of you, I have downloaded
files directly to an Apple II. Telnetting through a PC it is possible to
do so, but much faster to get them with a PC or Mac and transfer them
over after logging out. Also, it will be much easier to download directly
to the Apple IIe or IIgs once a new ethernet goes on the market and the
software is ready for release. I am compelled to say nothing more on this
subject until the author and creator are ready. Thanks.
