Well, here is a list I created a while back but haven't updated since
January, 2003 so it has a couple wrong version numbers and locations
where these programs are available. Come to think of it, it is
completely missing an IRC program called Samurai, I believe. Oh well,
here is the older version and I'll have to get around to updating this
