Do you think it's easy to achieve unprecedented revenue growth, while
controlling spending? Over an 8 year period?   Take a look at the economic
statistics over that 8 yr period, and look at the policies fostered that
growth.

I'll use the analogy of building a house. It takes a lot of skill and effort
to build a house. The materials don't just arrive at the job site and fall
neatly together.  Sure, you can be lucky and have good weather- or unlucky
and have bad weather or other factors beyond your control.  Never the less,
if you look at the total project, you can't get unprecedented results with
good luck alone.

But any idiot with a match can burn that house down in a few minutes.
That's the difference between Clinton and Bush.
