Since you're pretty much restricted to ProDOS CD's I'd have to agree.
I think they only CD currently available that has a ProDOS partition
would be Golden Orchard that SSII sells. I'm not aware of any 8-bit
utilities that would allow access to other formats.

An IntBasic Apple II would be a particular challenge since even ProDOS
isn't supported there. I wonder if it would be possible to have DOS
3.3 on a CD?
