     Having the 13-sector controller is kind of neat; but, really,
trying to run an Apple II with a 13-sector Disk Controller is asking
for unending frustration.

You are sure to find someone who will sell you a 16-sector Disk
Controller at a reasonable price. (Alltech lists the 20-pin
controller for $19.)
