Perhaps Paul, he just doesn't like the idea of having to pay an additional 6
dollars to send them a check. Not everyone has credit cards, and, of course, not
everyone likes them. So when he complains about a registration in excess of $25,
he's talking about $25 plus a $6 fee, which, of course, equals $31.
